The challenge
Everything had to be built from scratch
Stichting Rechtvaardige Wetgeving Woningverhuur had just been founded with a clear mission: to legally challenge the government on unfair property legislation. But there was literally nothing. No website, no branding, no logo, nothing at all.
The foundation fights against the Affordable Rent Act, the Fixed Rental Contracts Act and the Box 3 tax burden on private landlords. Through legal proceedings with Koster Advocaten they fight for the property rights of landlords.
The biggest challenge was to make the legally complex message clear: why this foundation exists, what they are fighting against and how people can support them. It had to be legally correct, but still accessible to ordinary people. And it had to be fast, because the court case was already in preparation.
Our approach
From nothing to professional in less than a month
We started with the basics: a logo and visual identity that present the foundation as serious and trustworthy. Then we built the complete website in WordPress, with a clear structure that shows visitors right away what the foundation stands for.
A blog and news system was set up so the foundation can share updates about the court cases with its supporters. Contact and donation forms were integrated, and the complete email system was set up and configured.
We also used SEO so people searching for information about the Affordable Rent Act or landlord legislation can find the foundation. After the launch we stayed involved for ongoing maintenance, content updates and technical management. That collaboration has now been running for more than a year and a half.

Donations, media coverage and a growing community
After the launch the first donations came in quickly. The website gave the foundation the credibility it needed to be taken seriously, both by potential donors and by the media.
The foundation has received media coverage from RTL among others, as well as various property media. The community of landlords supporting the foundation keeps growing steadily, and the legal proceedings through Koster Advocaten are still ongoing.
The collaboration has now been running for more than a year and a half. We take care of ongoing maintenance, post content updates about the progress of the court cases and keep the website technically in order.
