The challenge
A luxury business deserves a luxury website
Quadyck Real Estate is a family business that has been active in property management since 1999. The team is made up of property professionals, HOA managers, real estate agents, building experts and financial specialists. All under one roof.
The old website was simply outdated. Minimal, a few pages, not at all in line with the luxury and professional character of the business. Barely any conversions came through and the branding did not match how Quadyck actually operates.
The main goal: overhaul the whole style and make it match what Quadyck really stands for. It had to look luxurious, feel professional and clearly communicate everything they do, from property management and HOA management to brokerage and rental services.
The solution
From WordPress to Astro, from template to custom
Complete website redesign
The whole website was rebuilt, first in WordPress, then fully moved to the Astro framework. Faster, better, more professional. Every page was carefully designed to reflect the luxury look of Quadyck.
Custom property backend
The full property system was built from scratch with a custom backend and API integration to Quadyck's CRM system. Properties are added in one place and appear on the website automatically.
Tenant and HOA portals
New pages for tenants with frequently asked questions that catch a lot of traffic, plus an HOA portal for clients. Two completely new channels that did not exist before.
New features
Blog system, careers page, lead magnet on the HOA page, history page, a clear service structure and an option to apply for jobs. Everything needed to strengthen the complete online presence.

The journey
From nine months to one month
The first project took about nine months, partly because it was paused several times. In the meantime we have been working together for more than a year and a half, and iterations are pushed continuously.
The first version was built in WordPress. The property section was first developed by a third party, but that did not work as hoped, too many bugs and not the quality we were after. After that everything was rebuilt custom.
The most recent version was fully moved to the Astro framework with a custom backend and API integration to the CRM. Where the first version took nine months, the new version was live within a month.
Results
Significantly more traffic and conversions
The results speak for themselves. Since the new website went live, more than a hundred new registrations have come in. The site attracts significantly more traffic and conversions keep building steadily.
New channels that did not exist before, the tenant page and the HOA portal, now actively generate leads and quote requests. On top of that, Quadyck now receives job applications through the website, something that was not possible before.
The branding now matches the luxury character of the business, which directly helps attract new clients. The whole website is faster, more professional and works as a real platform instead of a digital business card.
